Forgot password

Please follow the steps below to create a new password:

Step 1: On the Login page, click on "Forgot password".

Step 2: When the system sends the information as below, enter your account email.

Step 3: After filling in, click "Continue".

Step 4: The system has sent an OTP code to you, enter the code.

• In case the OTP code you entered is incorrect, click "Resend OTP" to receive a new code.

Step 5: After filling in, click "Reset Password".

Step 6: Set a new password for your account, then click "Submit Reset Password".

The system will automatically update the information, and once the password reset is complete, you will receive a notification. At this point, click "Log in" and log in as usual.
